Welcoming Shari Rudolph to the CIPA Board of Directors
We are pleased to welcome Shari Rudolph to the Board of Directors of the Canadian International Professionals Association.
Shari is an operator, advisor, and builder with a track record of scaling organizations and creating impact across sectors. As Principal & CEO of Maple & Steel Company, she manages investments in private companies and media properties, produces content (including "Abandon House," a Top 5 podcast featured on Apple's homepage), and advises organizations on strategy, leadership, and transformational change.
Her career spans management consulting, media, ecommerce, social enterprise, and nonprofit leadership. She led Good360 through nearly 10X growth, positioning it as #2 on Forbes' "America's Top 100 Charities." She has co-founded two startups, both of which were acquired, and has built deep expertise in strategic planning, corporate partnerships, international business development, and cross-sector collaboration.
Originally from Calgary, Shari has significant international experience and brings both Canadian values and a global perspective to her work. She is passionate about connecting Canadian professionals globally and building partnerships that create lasting value. She is drawn to work that matters, teams that challenge conventional thinking, and problems that require creative solutions.
Shari's combination of strategic insight, operational execution, and genuine commitment to meaningful connection makes her an excellent addition to CIPA's leadership as we continue building a community that supports Canadian professionals wherever their work takes them.
